The Shade Networks' Police Force department leaders would like you to know some brief points that were discussed in the community meeting.
- The police force is currently in a trial period as is the entire server in general, so this is a learning process. Surveys will be sent, and the community is welcomed to discuss their opinions in a constructive and respectful way.
- Implementation of meetings based on rank so everyone is in a comfortable position to discuss their ideas and opinions.
- The PD force is currently looking for 5 inspectors, 2 for PSD, 1 for trainings and 2 for HR, you may use this application template and then send a DM to one of the department leaders.

- The Police force is committed to provide a fair and fun RP experience for ALL ranks.
- Promotions will be handled by the HR department in a fair and non-biased way to make sure promotions are earned correctly and given to the people that deserve them most.
- To ensure trainings are up to standard and following regulations, licenses for weapons and driving will have to be renewed on a semi-frequent basis.
